Sonoma County
Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
Where day dreams replace day jobs.
While working my one man show for the past year the number one thing I was told by the people I met around the country was that I should produce wines under a "SideJob Cellars" label.
To me it was just a name that described my answer to my creative itch (and maybe a little mid life crisis) that needed to be scratched. After all, I already sold my Corvette to make sure I was committed to the project (to my wife's joy) and was well on my way producing a great Dry Creek Zinfandel with my C5 label.
Well, who am I to resist the requests of the masses. Besides, I do like other varietals, and had some spare time on my hands.
So I'm proud to announce the release of my new SideJob Cellars Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2005.
Produced from grapes grown in Sonoma Countyies top appellations, this Cabernet Sauvignon expresses Sonoma Countys diverse soils and climates with velvety, complex layers of Cassis blackberry, black cherries and toasted oak.
Hope you like it, I think it's pretty awsome!
